A newer addition to the farm, the Mount William Station olive grove includes the classic Manzanilla, Correggiola, and Nevadillo Blanco varietals. Always hand-picked, cold-pressed, and pesticide free, our small-batch olive oil has a smooth, fruity flavour with a mild, peppery finish.

Mount William Station hives are located in Victoria’s Garden in the Grampians National Park, an area famous for wildflowers, rich local pastures, and untouched ancient red gum forests. Working with a local beekeeper, our small batch, hive-direct, single-origin honey boasts exceptional quality.
