Join us at Mount William Station for a five-course wine dinner on Saturday 15 November 2025, from 5.30pm. Think candlelight, seasonal plates and beautiful pours in our historic surrounds, with Still Moon’s winemaker Tom Handyside hosting and presenting a curated selection from their cellar.
Quietly challenging tradition, Still Moon honours the lunar cycle — as the moon moves the tides, it moves moisture within the vines. Founders Tom & Charmaine Handyside (he a viticulturist and now the winemaker) craft small-batch, food-friendly wines from meticulously tended vineyards across Heathcote, the Yarra Valley and Macedon Ranges. With organic/biodynamic techniques where practical, hand pruning and canopy work, and minimal irrigation, they chase fruit of purity and concentration.
Dinner: 5-course menu $150pp (limited seats)
